Obviously it's not an ad. Probably a cloudflare issue.

MPGH probably went under maintenance or something similar.
Instead of being redirected to a error page, you were redirected to a game that is in a developing stage.

Seems like a bad idea to do that with no notice, and to a user's game when the user is unknown and was banned 9 years ago
