Matching GIF Avatar & Image Title - up to $5

Looking for someone to create me a matching gif avatar (or find one) and create a custom gif image title.
I'll be paying $3-5 depending on how much I'm satisfied.

If anyone has portfolios of work before that'd be great, I'm not too sure on what I want. But cinematography is a cool pick for the avatar.
