Support in Main bugged?

If you are on the forum where you can see ever subforum there is no issue, but when you go into the Main forum the support bugs out. Is this a bug/known bug? It only happens in Main. It's been like this for a while now. It becomes all blue and unclickable.

It's been like this since I can remember. Also, what do you mean by unclickable? I can click on said subsections without any problems.
