Permanently fix "App still running"

This if more for if your mod menu won't inject in bo2

For windows 10 not sure about any other windows versions

Hello Today i'm going to show you how to fix app is already running.

First You Have to go to control panel

Then search for power and click change what the buttons do

Next Click Change Settings that are currently Unavailable

In Shutdown Settings

Uncheck Fast Startup

Now restart Your Computer and your good to go permanently!

Or you can let common sense guide you and you force close the process in task manager.
