Has anyone used a vpn and activated a game on steam? There are region locked games that are so much cheaper but I dont know whether its safe or not. I know its against the tos, but wonder if anyone has actually gotten banned or something?

I have activated like 500+ Indian and Russian gifts without big problems so far.

Well mate it depends on many things but I wouldn't do that with 60$ game actually too risky for small profit.
