I'm not sure if this works, but model changing modifies the portability of a gun right? So I think it should work for hats/vests too. I've modified the default cap/vest to a cylopes bandanna/light vest for a total of +17% speed. Of course if you wanted to go super faster you could speed hack, but this is a lot harder to catch than a speed hacker...
Not anything great...but here it is. And no SSes because...I'm not yet playing.

And also totally irrelevant but if any of you guys play MapleStory private servers or develop them. I am iamSTEVE, ex-admin of DestinyMS I quit MapleStory...so yeah. I still got a GM in DMS but I never go on basically.

yes it does, i change artic wolf for m11(lightest thing ingame) and i compare and i run extra fast! with my recon vest, ill combine tanker so it will pwn! 18 DMGS + 15 speed+ 7bandana
= 18dmgs, 23 speed

If that was the case you could change your player to a viper and haul ass. But thats been done and nothing happened so why the hell would this work? Kudos for the idea though O.o
