is it okay if i will do a chargeback from g2a for a 100 gift card ?
and what reason i should use?

I would say just try it. They will probably not respond to the dispute, so you have nothing to loose. If they do respond you can always sell the gift card on g2a again.

Probably you didn't receive the item, or unauthorized, there's a lot of G2A refund threads now.

I say try it if you want. One thing i would be concerned with is them catching on to the chargebacks.
