No, that's charging back for what you paid for and they have your address.
Should of called and said you no longer want it if they didn't even make it yet.
Yesterday I ordered a pizza around 6. usually it takes about 30 minutes till delivery. They include a pizza tracker so you know when your pizza is done. After waiting 1 hour I called them asking where my pizza was. They told me they where busy and it could take another hour. I wasn't really hungry anyway so I decided I would leave it and just wait, I work in a restaurant myself so I know how frustrating it can be. When 1 hour passed and i still didnt have my pizza i called them again. This time very angry that I waited 2 hours and still didnt have my pizza. They then told me they would make it immediately. Eventually it took them another hour before it was delivered. Ofcourse I tipped the delivery boy, but should I ask for a refund on the pizza? I payed with paypal.

I would have been pissed. Not if you weren't hungry... but for the principle.
I would have asked for a free pizza.. 3 hours is a bit ridiculous. No way in hell they are that busy that it takes that long to make a pizza.
Chargingback is the worst thing. You would have gotten free pizza if you called.

You can still contact them complaining that you waited three hours for a single pizza. They'll most likely refund you if you provide proof, or they'll give you some vouchers.
Dispute it on paypal for an easy refund! That's a legitimate complaint!
I only chargeback pickup pizza when it's not made on time or Ineed $$$ lol
You should try to deal with the pizza seller. They will likely offer a replacement, refund, or store credit just like what the rest have mentioned. Chargebacks should be for cases of fraud or identity theft, not buyer's remorse or poor service received.
i would have been pissed hopefully you didnt order me though
If I were you I would have take it to email and complain it in a very dramatic way saying i'm close to my death and the pizza was not delivered.
Saying you entrusted them with your life and stomach that you garuantee under 30mins.
Make sure you get at least 3 free delivery.
you def should've asked a refund, for a shitty service.
did you try calling them multiple times as you waited for the pizza? that shudve worked
