I sit in a cubicle and trick my employer into thinking that I'm an invaluable employee.
I finish my day's work in like 15 minutes and then web browse.
I pay a guy in China 1/5th of my wage and get him to do all of my work while I browse the web.

A) I personally don't do this but I know someone who does.
B) Not really, my friend mainly works as a web dev. Unless the person wants to make a company solely making web pages and c# or c++ applications (without the consumer base and the actual algorithms used) then there is no reason to do so.
One of the reasons why a lot of bigger companies compartmentalize their employees is to ensure their employees understand as little as possible about how their companies run.
I have a friend who hired some high school drop-out to handle all the import-related stuff (Getting ocean/air rates, customs clearing, ensuring all docs are bank-endorsed when appropriate, negotiating with co-loaders, writing D/Os and R/Os, basic accounting for reading debit and credit notes, etc.) in his business. He thought that because the industry was built on connections, the kid couldn't just do everything himself. After all, he doesn't have the client base.
After about 2 years, the kid learned everything he needed about running his own import company. What's more is that after 2 years, the company's clients trusted the drop-out, so when the kid opened up his own import business, the first thing he did was target my friend's customers. He stole quite a bit of customers in just a few months.

well damn. My friend only feeds the guy what he needs to know, the guy doesn't even know the companies name lol!
Going to open a Razer shop soon, vouch copy given to @Chaos
Like SE'd stuff? If so, I'll be looking forward to it.
I myself go to the corner of a popular street during the nighttime and sell my booty with @Saboteur as my partner for a perfect duet.
