Probabily he is using Manual MAP injection or injecting specific time that can be before or while game is loading, Lobby Channel, Inside of match, IDK, looks weird but sometimes it's resolve.

Just inject on Char screen and do not use MD5 or any other this type of software on injctor or dll just try to inject old dlls and injectors without renew it
