Account issue

I've activated my email to my account but the problems I'm facing are I can not create a new message to someone or create a single thread to sell something.

Why is there a problem on sending a single message to speak to somebody?

When I press create thread on the market place I see this:
"vBulletin Message
An error has occurred mibiv! You are not allowed to post links."
I want to create a thread on selling something because [MPGH]Hunter said that is better to create a new thread of the thing that I sell instead of going to other threads and hijacking them because I try to communicate with the other person that he wants to buy the exact thing I sell and the only way to do this is only with replying to his thread and saying "I like to make business but I have a problem on finding how to communicate with you"
