How did anyone with rep start out? with no rep. Seems like simple answer to me. Just be careful and don't go first with users with low rep.
Gonna go on a little bit of a rant here don't ban me
I know it's kinda my fault for trusting a NOV 2016 Member with 2 posts that were made in his thread but why the fuck are they allowed to post on the selling forums without any vouches on the buying section or a limited guideline of posts on this website ._. Mods reply please me and I'm sure a lot of others who got scammed are pissed.
Anyways think about this and have a nice day mods

No, just no. You yourself said it was stupid to trust a person with 2 post. Your fault no one else. Just report him and get him banned and move on.

"Endless Void."
Well there are no rules saying that new members cant do bussniess here assuming they are new and not a ban evader. You just have to be really careful, it is not our responsiblity for your actions of being scammed.

I understand the fact that you are extremely furious about the fact that you got scammed.
It's common when a scam has taken place on a person because they loss something.
Having said that,
Everyone starts off new, without posts, or any reputation.
It takes time to build trust among others, gain posts, and gain reputation.
Having a lot of posts does not necessarily contribute to the fact that the user won't scam you.
Anyone can scam you regardless of their post count.
It is important to be critical of who you are trading with and take the necessary precautions to prevent yourself from being scammed.
Your suggestion of a post count restriction in the Marketplace has been suggested by many in the past.
However, the restriction will not prevent scammers from roaming around MPGH.
