I've tried to fix this bullshit critical error since 6 PM my time and NOTHING, literally NOTHING has helped me to solve the problem, so fuck Microsoft and their "Best Windows" build ever.

To me it looks like a corrupted installation.

Use a bootable USB or disc to re-install windows and you should be good

p.s: dont forget to check partition drives

If it was corrupted then other accounts should have same problem, now shouldn't they?

Yeah, like the issue has anything to with specifications of PC - please don't make me laugh, my PC can run Windows 10 the garbage just fine.

No, I didn't state what I did, but if you check the picture, you could damn figure it out that START MENU doesn't function, I was able to right click on the start menu and do pretty much everything that could been done when right clicked on your taskbar.
