    I the menu says that can be open by "~",but it doest work!

    IW has disabled the developers console in MW2.the only way to open it will get you to use a hack!since there is no hack for .184 yet you will have to wait until a new hack comes out,if it is going to come out,idk!
    but watch out:many got banned using it!

    There is a cheat protection system in place in case any specific .cfg files are edited by the console. Therefore, some console codes may get you banned unless you disable the cheat protection system..

    Don't ask me more about it.
