It's use at your own risk. I highly doubt you will but if you don't want any chance of getting banned don't cheat

I changed prestige to 10 unlocked all classic and went back to normal prestige so it's not obvious with my play time.

No one will give you right answer. But i am never saw that they ban for this(exept black ops series). Sometimes they can downgrade your stat.
