My stupid pleb parents are kicking me out during the holidays after paid 2 years rent

I have taken in several peasants that live on my property. There is a camper on the property too, and my mom and her boyfriend live here too. In total there is about 5 or 6 people staying here any given night.

Recently the landlord sent me a letter saying despite having good relations the house is only meant for 2 people. This is 2 days after my moms boyfriend tells the landlord at a party that we have some guy who's wife overdosed on herion. So the landlord thinks he may being drugs in here, which can cost him the house. I think two things, either he did it on purpose, or the letter is fake and they just wanna get everyone out and live in the house alone after I paid 2 years of rent.

So what I'm going to do, tomorrow is tell the landlord he will have to evict me if he wants me out, which is going to cost him 50 dollars + 7 day notice + 30 days. But before that, I'm going to tell him he needs to fix the floor and whatever else may be wrong with the house before I Do anything. I'm in my legal rights to, and he legally can't evict me until the house is repaired. (Because unpaid rent for multiple people, they may have to go but not me, I can be an asshole and stay here)


I honestly believe these savants are trying to get this house to their self's by kicking my peasants and I to the curb. I'm going to ruin thanksgiving for these plebs, at the very least I'm going to push back on the landlord since he wants to try this shit during the holidays. I give no fks
