    What should I say to PayPal?

    Right, I got scammed for my verified US PayPal account which is nice. I bought it because my real one got limited. I NEED a PayPal account. When I first contacted PayPal about my account they had told me that I should call them under a number that they sent to me. I thought fuck it because I already had another account.

    I am reconsidering calling them...but what the fuck do I tell them?

    The account is under my name, has my bank details everything is legit. It got limited for excess chargebacks.

    I have no idea what to tell them to be honest.

    They are meant to give you a warning. Since they sent me an e-mail on the wrong e-mail that has nothing to do with my account...that's their fault. How the fuck am I meant to know they were going to limit this account? I even tested it, they e-mailed a different PayPal account I don't even use...
