Buy back Unidentified 13

Hey everyone.

Can't you buy back Unidentified 13 when used in a quest?
It's a AC tagged item, but it doesn't show up in my buy back shop.
Is it because it's a quest and misc. item?

Only Weapons/Armors/Classes/Capes/Pets that are AC tagged show up in the BuyBack shop.

Do you know if the You may also receive, at random: tag is working on the normal and testing servers?
Just worried about missing out on Uni 35 if I turn in the quest on the normal servers or on the testing servers.

That was patched. It will no longer make a difference whether you do the quest on testing or normal servers if you want uni 35

But the You will receive one of the following: quests with that statement (like Willpower Extraction) is still working? I need 1 more turn-in to get the 44x Uni 34

Think so. Is trying right now and hopefully will still work

That glitch still works @CaIamity @Edgy_Name, you just can't have the item in your inventory or it won't properly show.
