But you gotta be careful, if you already have that item you must:

- Turn-in the quest WITHOUT accepting the item, yet.

- Get the item back from bank.

- Accept the item.

- You will get the stacked items along with the item you already had, but if you don't see the correct amount, relogging should fix the problem.

It works the same way as the normal servers.
It doesn't have anything special going on as far as I remember.

Only things worth farming in test server are Spirit Orbs, Dark Spirit Orbs, Legion Tokens and Unidentified 34s.
Everything else that's worth farming could just be botted in the normal servers.
