Can anyone host a prestige lobby for me?

Hello, I am looking for someone who can hack my account on steam so that I get to 9th prestige level 80.
The reason for me asking for this is because my first acc got banned and I simply got a new game and I want my rank back.
I am asking for someone to host for me because I don't want to get VAC banned again.

(note that i'm not sure if there even is any hack that can get me to any specific prestige or level in the game).
