    What should i upgrade ?

    Before Saying anything i would like to share my current CPU & GPU
    CPU: i3 3220
    GPU: GTX 760
    I have the possibility to get an new cpu and mobo ( i5 6600k + Asus Z170 Pro Gaming) or a new gpu: GTX 1070
    What would you choose ? i play lots of games but i also do things like rendering,etc.

    why dont you go with the new i3 series and a 1050 TI? That shouldnt cost you too much and it will be able to handle any games on medium to high
