For that budget you should get a Gtx 1050 Ti (140$) and some RAM.

I guess you have a generic PSU, you should check for a good psu.

    Here you've one EVGA 450 B1 100-B1-0450-K1 80+ BRONZE 450W (i can't post links sorry ) on NEWEGG.

and check this: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 Mini

You need to upgrade your PSU first, i guess 400W PSU (good one) should be fine for that config.

What is your current motherboard? You should get a GTX 1050 (not TI) mini and a PSU.

If the 1050 will fit, i would just put that in there for now since its only 130$, but i would honestly just save up or see if you could get atleast a 600$ budget and just build an all new rig. DDR2 is so outdated now a days as well as your processor.

Thats a decent build, you don't need the cpu cooler though. The 1050 will play almost all games on medium to high with no problem. It gets like 180 FPS on CSGO and low gpu usage games. The mobo you got is a really good one. Good luck with everything
