Looking for a new gaming monitor

Budget: 300-450 USD
Requirements:
2560x1440 and 144hz refresh rate
Preferred features:
Nvidia G-sync, fast response time/latency

I've been looking at the Acer XG270HU, since I saw one in store at my local best buy and it was just stunning.
But I want one to see if I can find one with G-sync. I've been searching so many different sites but none have turned up anything good.

I have the BenQ XL2720Z 27", and i love it. I don't think you will find a 2k w/ g-sync. But the one you have picked out should be fine
