I think this will not work because in their conditions says:
If you see some damage on the pack return it to the delivery guy and dont accept it.

Well, you wont start unpacking it in front of the courier. Just say there was no visible damage on the box, and it was impossible to know that there was any damage done, to the insides of the box. Be creative.

Hmm, yeah but i need it to refund a product that come in his package like Bcaa that come into a plastic box o i think will not work becous if say that they could say me " Then you have your bcaa, because they are still in the package ".

Well, yeah do a partial, full refunds, especially if you are from Europe are really hard.

The package is weighed so i cant say that i recive partial amount. :| Dont know that is the best option

You just need to tell them that the product package was broken and part (or full) of the product was spilled in the shipping box.
Then they may ask pictures.
After that they will partially refund you (give you back the money of that particular product that has been spilled off all over the shpping package).
I've tried this with MyProtein and it worked, I got a replacement as I was seraching for that
