Just don't go for starving this is the better way to get back more weight.

A bit of workout (like 15-20 minutes every 2 days) will make your body think of other things than food.
Just go for more vegetables and less starchy.
If your trying to lose your appetite for dieting reasons...try either doing a low carb diet...watch what you eat...I use a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar...it really works...and start walking...take your phone download your favorite songs and dance around the park...or your strreet...I hope this helps you...😘

Only Time I have lost weight was when I starved myself as I needed to have an Operation that night and I needed to starve for about 18Hours. I think I lost 4KG then right after I gained it back cause I got addicted to Hummus and Ritz Crackers (one of my Favourite combos ever)
Just do Regular Small Workouts throughout the week and that will help maintain and lose your weight (most of your weight loss comes from what you eat)
Being depressed and stressed out usually kills the appetite.
