Weird item loading hacks on aqw

So apparently according to this twitter post (https://twitter.com/EGaaraAE/status/801606092706955264) there were some guys/botters that somehow found a way to load and get some specific items, and keep in mind that they are not released to the public yet.. Got any ideas how this could work?? I'm just curious how can something like this can be done or even be possible..
