They do ship but its been 24-48 hours after ones even longer so i don't know i just wanted to see if i was the only one.

Depends if you did it during a business day or not. I'm pretty sure they don't ship on weekends.

I do 10 a day mostly and rare one gets cancelled but lately they have been taking a while to ship which makes me nervous

At least it's not as bad as Australia. Over her they changed some policy or some shit so that once you finish troubleshooting in live chat, you are required to continue by email. 4/5 of my last orders have been moved onto email communication. It still works but takes so long

only one that pee's me off is 'we are transferring this case' like some reps are scared of doing UK orders which i don't understand or they make you believe your getting the replacement then bam 'we will send u a pre paid shipping label'
