Some are taking more then 24 hours which is odd for me.

At least it's not as bad as Australia. Over her they changed some policy or some shit so that once you finish troubleshooting in live chat, you are required to continue by email. 4/5 of my last orders have been moved onto email communication. It still works but takes so long
only one that pee's me off is 'we are transferring this case' like some reps are scared of doing UK orders which i don't understand or they make you believe your getting the replacement then bam 'we will send u a pre paid shipping label'
It's like getting a boner and then finding out its a man in the end
