Can't connect to friends.

Ok well ever since I changed computer, I can't connect to my friends game, neither can he.

Idk why it worked fine before, now it just loads forever and doesn't join. I think people posted tuts for this but none of them work/I havnt found one that works yet, thanks!

I heard stuff about changing nat not working on windows 10? I've got windows 10 so is this the reason it doesn't work?
