Target Visa Gift Cards

Does anyone have any info on refunding visa gift cards from target or similar stores...?

If refunded will the gift card still be usable? I know there's a process to activate the card, so is there a higher risk doing this?

Any info is appreciated.

i don't think you can refund visa cards and they might tell you to contact the company and if you do contact the company they might revoke it from being used or they might say you already used all the money if you spent it
