My eBay US account was established in 2001 (!) and I have a rep of 64 - with 100% positive rep. I have an established PayPal account, and know the method to transfer money to Bitcoin. BUT! Would only transfer monies when delivery is complete to ensure that I kept the rep and received no chargebacks.

eBay does not like digital goods. Are the gift cards allowed? And I have a 12 year ebay account but at the moment I have all my limitations selling other items.
