External spammers, unlike in league have little success here, due to the existance of krelay.

I suggest you make a spammer plugin in krelay instead, that send playertextpackets every 600ms (limit, otherwise they wont reach the server)

To send a playertextpacket in a krelay plugin:

PlayerTextPacket ptp = (PlayerTextPacket)Packet.Create(PacketType.PLAYERTEXT);
ptp.Text = "textTosend";
client.SendToServer(ptp);

It's useless. Deca made a spambot patch so your message wont be seen by other people. That's why I made it slow

Actually the limit is about 500ms.

Add a small pause between SendKeys("{ENTER}") and any other sendkeys, no cooldown could result in ignoring some keys, thus some are not send, which is a big problem.
