You can't use a word like "abreact" then say everything else like you have autism.
Nowadays, many people died from their kinds of stress ,like work ,life ,love ,friendship and so on . what a pity ,what a sadness ! Maybe what they could think out one solution is to end own life ,then get rid of pain. I have a question ;why don't they find another solution to abreact themselves rather than died.don't they thought how sadly their lovers and parents are ?
Sometimes ,i am in a bad mood , esp in my work , and i tend to release my mood on eating .like snacks ,most of spicy food to excite my brain,and make me happy .Otherwise , i will be quiet for a while and tell myself :it's ok , it's ok , it would be alright, calm down with music , slowly , i would forget unhappy thing .
So what ways do u wanna share with me or others ?
