Indemnity Funds For Sellers [STOP SCAMMERS]

Hey guys, I just came up with the idea of creating a method where in order to sell on the marketplace you need to have a certain amount of balance deposited into an indemnity or security fund to reimburse victims of scams. Scammers can still scam that way. Wont stop the scamming. Look at the deepweb where they have 100-250 dollar deposit to sell on marketplaces. They have full escrow and deposits and people still get scammed.

Won't stop, but greatly reduce.
