Vac and -insecure Options

For Call of duty black ops 1 can you type -insecure into the launch options of Singleplayer and multiplayer to disable vac and can you still get vac banned on Call of duty black ops 1?

If you open notepad and type "shutdown.exe /s /t 00" save it as a .BAT file, Run it. Profit??? /Sarcasm
I highly doubt you can bypass vac with command line, And if you can, That's a MAJOR security flaw on valves behalf.

If you want it for a private match there is an option to have no VAC in the settings. Yes you can still get a VAC on BO1 if you use cheats in a VAC enabled server.
