If you're getting the cannot connect to server error or whatever when taking the direct route, try it 4-5 times

Sometimes it won't go the first 3-4 times but goes along normally the 5th

cant he just change his ip with the ip changers

Yes he can, if he has a static IP address

If he doesnt, he has to call up his ISP and whine to them for 10-15 minutes until they change his IP manually
