What do you mean by non-secured? Because I didn't put a phone number or backup email

what i did to check, was i let my friend join in on the email, and see if i would get an email saying someone tried to login. If i got the email, i can just open it and disable all the security on the email.

Problem though, if someone just sends a password reset request for any email, and the owner doesn't know of it, then he gets his password reset even if he didn't want that.

Which is why the original first request from the client should be having an email sent with a link for a password reset rather than an instant one.

If you are going to use this I highly suggest you turn on email verification. Since most people use fake emails and have no problem showing this in screenshots/videos you will most likely have random people actually creating these emails and hacking their account.
