Long Story Short , a family member gotten a hold of my phone and made around 400 buck of in app purchase on a random game, my account already has a past refund history ( my last refund was at November 2015). if i want to get the money back , would be it wise to get sum one to try to refund it for it or should i just go straight to my credit card and ask for a chargeback?

if chargeback was the answer , can anyone give me some insight about chargeback? i have never deal with chargeback before.

Well you could contact to ask for a refund , if not you could just contact your bank and ask for a refund
