i need help on creating a csgo jackpot site

so basically i want to get into creating a csgo jackpot site (not interested in making my own code btw), can someone tell me what i would need to buy if were to make one for example the domain and hosting.

also if i were to buy the ready made script from online where would i input the code so that the site works.

You need special permit for betting sites, you can't just make it without the permit, it's illegal.

Chances are if you're asking these questions you have a lot to learn before actually hosting a betting site.
You need a domain, VPS, the actual source you're using, you'd need (want) to check over it for security issues. If you get to the point where it's up and running, you'll need to advertise, process trades, keep up with security.
You'll also need to get a gambling license, register a business (LLC probably), then make sure you're making enough income to offset the costs above plus time you're putting in to it.

To be fair, it wouldn't be worth it because Valve was going after other betting sites. Not sure if it's still happening, but not recommended unless you want to face legal action.
