My computer got hacked while playing CrossFire

Today my computer got hacked while playing crossfire, a windows opened and a guy started to talking with me saying that he gonna shut down my pc and he really did it

Can somebody tell me what happened? Or if players while playing can do it?

Get a better AV...-_- I've never even heard of an AV Vendor HAVING that type of mode...most games don't even have the capacity to create files and run them, so I doubt that your getting hacked via a game...
AS for downloading the rigged hack, that's why people are told to never download from an outside link...YOUTUBE ring a bell? I'm sure you got it from there...

I solved it! I installed malware and i have 7 infectios, i cleaned up it all,

nop malware its a good progam but use Eset NOD32!

use another 1,there're much better
you clean up but they can see information still
