    With 18 i trained like 6 hours a day 4 days a week some days more some days less

    fuck steriod, they're for pussies. You cant expect to see result in just one month UNLESS you absolutely kill the workouts EVERY TIME you go. Best way to do that is by going with a friend and just compete with each other. And as other said, increase your intake. Do it clean though and let your best get enough sleep each night. and just because you dont see results doesnt mean others don't

    Honestly, avoid steroids.

    If you are trying to build mass, you need to eat a lot more.

    Also, I recommend Creatine and Protein Powder.
    Both will help, hopefully.

    About the workout plan, I would contact a personal trainer who can plan a perfect plan based on your weight size etc.
    Usually you can get your first session for free, I have never used on personally but I mean it is their job.

    Minimum 1 hour workout, workout certain muscles together like chest/shoulders, triceps/biceps, legs/back. Etc. Focus more on your weaker parts of the body if you really want to improve. Else you're just doing chest everyday you're not going to improve much.

    Eat a lot more too. Thats the same problem I've had when I first started, I wasn't eating enough. Yea I got a shitload more toned but not exactly bigger, I decided to start eating more and witness improvement.

    only 18 and with 5 years of experience in the gym, getting strength is a different story but getting big and aesthetic (bodybuilding) is literally 90% of what you do outside of the gym (EATING A LOT) (SLEEP). dont get me wrong, the gym is a very important part to muscle growth but once your smart enough, you can just hit the gym for like an hour and a half at least, get your shit done and then focus on getting a lot of sleep, which is the time we grow, and eating a lot.

    I gained 30 pounds in 1 month once, (i was skinny) obviously like 95% of it was fat, but at the end of the day, i looked good and put on a lot of muscle from that bulk, never got too fat.

    This is my view from my own body and genetics though.


    untill you are a very experienced lifter, or are very very very consistent with diet, it is really hard to put on muscle and maintain a low body fat percentage, not impossible but i suggest dirt bulking, its must easier. basically eat anything you want, but make sure your eating the correct amount of protein for your bw

    If you want your dick to stop working and end up with man tits when you get older then by all means do steroids.

    But your problem seems to be that your not eating right for proper gains.
    Boost your caloric intake and make sure you're getting enough protein in your diet.

    Go look up some football (american football) workout routine and then follow the protein rule.
    To get big just eat. A lot.
    Protein, healthy fats. Chicken breast is your best friend
