Here is a plan that will show effect after 1 Month
1 hour running/jogging for warming up
30 mins shoulder training
30 mins breast training
15 mins stomach (maybe more if you wanna get a super hard sixpack)
then change Bizeps / Trizeps for about an hour

Eat tons of proteins meat,eggs ect
With 18 i trained like 6 hours a day 4 days a week some days more some days less
Take steroids if you want to its your body at least inform yourself about the risks
