Turning ce into UCE

Kay, I know most of you are gonna flame me and call me a choob for asking this but: How? I know that I can find this on ****************. But...I can't. D: I looked for like an hour. (Besides, their server is so slooooww) Could someone please send me a tut, or something? I'm at a bit of a loss. Thanks.

Man i use CE with the bypass, but UCE is another thing, there is a download link somewhere in this forum.
