ok so you received the money but pp won't let you refund&you can not send back. Since u had 0 balance in your account and now it is 50 (due to my payment) i want access to your PAYPAL ACCOUNT t because i don't want to go through the process of charging back. Also ur "partner" idk about him, i assumed it was YOUR money.
Here are some things you can do for me:
Buy me a 100$ AGC and send me code
Send me 50$ paypal by buying a 55$ debit card and opening a new pp to use that debit card (or just send me debit card, 5$ more cuz of fee)
Send me my 50$ BTC
