    Help me With My Paypal.

    SO i just tried to buy CS GO cd key from an online store.
    But when i was redirected to the paypal payment point.
    I tried to pay with my Visa card which is attached and
    verified with my paypal.But still i got this error
    any help>?

    Thanks , but i live in Pakistan and Paypal is not available in Pakistan
    thats why i cant call them.
