I would personally suggest a Samsung Evo 850 due to great personal experiences with this drive, but choice is really up to you.

I agree with Vaypah on this one. I have an older Samsnung SSD and it's grea, speedy and reliable. It never let me down.
I use a Samsung 850 Evo+ but OCZ is nice too.
Just find OCZ serials and SE them.

Samsung 850 Pro then the Samsung 960 Pro using an m.2 interface.
Samsung 850 Pro
Read 550mb/s
Write 520mb/s
Cache 512mb
90 000 - 100 000 IOPS.
It's definitely a nice drive.
You'll have to sacrifice size in terms of speed when it comes to it's relative price.
1TB SSD will cost you more than a 2TB HDD/Hybrid.
But the m.2 drives are more interesting.
Samsung 960 Pro
Read 3500mb/s
Write 2100mb/s
Cache 512mb
330 000 IOPS.

I would highly suggest a Samsung Evo 850. I am using the same for my laptop.
Go for the Samsung EVO or Sandisk Extreme Pro.
