Any graphic reducer for more FPS?

Just wondering if somebody find a graphic reducer for getting more fps,
i play on max low settings but its still not enough,

1. Add +mat_queue_mode 2 in launch options
2. Go to your tradeurl and copy the last number in the end of the link.
3. Go to Steam>userdata>The numbers u got from ur tradeurl>730>local>cfg
4. Open video.txt and paste these, you can change the resolution if you want

5. Save the file and go ingame.
6. At video options enable multicore rendering.
7. U should get 10-20 fps boost. It's not much but, it helps.
