Every time I hit apply, my Terraria crashes (Terraria has stopped working).

Yes the new update (1.3.5) is causing the hack to malfunction, an update of the hack should be coming soon to fix this.

That would probably be best, I'll make a new thread for the new release. Update is taking a lot longer than expected, i can already hear the update requests.
