Nuke in carepackage

i need to ask 2 questions.

1.

in the console i type in scr_airdrop_nuke 1 and i get a random one still.

Why do i need to type for Nuke in care ( I only do this in private matches)

2.

For the latest patch 1.184 is there a way how to do the Infinite Care package glitch yet or not?

You'll have to mp_config.cfg. I forgot exactly what to put but a quick search through MPGH will help you.

That's pretty bannable in MP, though.
