Intel Items single player no achievement

I have collected all intel items on single player. However, i have not received my achievement, which has really pissed me off to shouting german kid lvl. i have checked every lvl on the game that contains the intel items but by pausing the game where it will then bring up the amount of intel items on the map with the number one has collected. however my stats say i have only found 44 out of 45, but i know i have the full 45 and have checked you tube for the locations and have since gone through map by map to check, and YES, before any one makes a stupid snide comment i have found them ALL!!!!!!! and i will not hesitate to strike down upon the with great vengeance and furious anger, on those who will disagree that i have.

if there is anyone out there who has experienced the same problem and if there is anyone who knows what to do please could you reply

You had to have missed one, unless It's a glitch inside the game of getting Intel itself.

Its probably just a glitch in a game, OR you didnt save when you got the last one?

you've missed 1
or
haven't saved it when you collected all in total..

There are like 45 this time, right? I don't think you get a thing when you've collected them all, in CoD4 you had those cheats, and that ragtime warfare cheat was very funny xD
