[FSOD] Can't build AS3 client

Every time I try to build the AS3 client using wintersQ's tutorial and Flex SDK 4.9.1, it just says "4:40 PM All files are up-to-date"

yeah that means you rebuilded once, navigate to Out-Production-Webmain then use the client in there

there is no client, it doesn't get built to begin with because of this issue. i tried swapping SDKs and it happens with 4.14.1 too, i dont know what the problem is. i think theres an option to "generate deubggable swf" in compiler settings but i forgot where it was right after i found it.

also, after i open the source, i import the 4.9.1 SDK before editing/opening any files.

Go to your windows user home folder and delete the IntelliJ folder, so it resets all settings. Then open IntelliJ, make a new flash project. Then import flex, then open up the client folder and let it replace your current project (the new flash one), then select flex in the project structure & settings.
