    yeap that happened to me last patch, you have to go to nexon official web site and change your password for a new one.... it fix mine last patch in one of my accounts...
    click in myaccount and change it or check if you have some problem there

    I have bad news for you, that error means that you are in a region blocked for nexon NA so you cant play in Nexon North america im sorry, read this thread is old but they explain that error
